When I grow up, I'd like to install a soda fountain in my home. It's a dream of mine. ice machine, and at least 3 flavors. Dr. Pepper, Diet Coke, and something like Root Beer.

Fresh pesto making experiments are good. Fresh parmesan and Romano cheeses, Fresh basil and pine nuts, though the olive oil is extra virgin, it's at least a few months old. We worked a few iterations of the mix, but the one we ended up with worked very nicely with the relatively fresh chicken sausage tortellini
